After a successful trial, GEH Athens password holders (register for one here), now have access to BMJ Best Practice, a UK based point of care tool. Information on clinical conditions is structured around the patient’s journey, with tabs on Theory, Prevention, Diagnosis, Management and Follow Up. All information is subject to expert peer review and multi-step sign-off. Links are embedded to drug formularies and patient information. If you have a BMJ account, it will record your activity for CME/CPD purposes. It is also available as an app for iOS and Android (Please contact the Library for our institutional code). We are very excited about this new resource to support clinical practice.
