BMJ Case Reports (http://casereports.bmj.com) provides access to more than 9,000 peer reviewed cases in all disciplines. Since last year George Eliot Hospital has held an institutional fellowship so not only can you view case reports you can submit your own for publications. Recent examples of successful publications have come from the diabetes, general medicine and maternity departments.
