This week we welcome new doctors and physicians associates to the trust many of whom may already have NHS Athens Passwords from previous employment. Many of the resources available using an NHS Athens Password such as Medline and the full text of many journals is paid for nationally. However, some such as access to the full text of a dozen Oxford Handbooks, DynaMed and BMJ Case Reports are paid for by the trust. So you need to transfer your Athens Password to George Eliot. This is an easy. Simply open: https://openathens.nice.org.uk/Auth/Login/ and login with your Athens username and password. You then have the ability to ‘Change Organisation’ from the option on the left. Enter George Eliot in the next screen and follow the steps through.
